Prescription:               Mechanical brush thinning of poison oak and brush up to 6” diameter

Goal:

     Create a more marketable homesite for potential resale.

     Heavy vegetation blocked views and access roads.

     Clear property to show natural beauty, including creek bed and 100’ waterfall.

     6-8 ft Poison Oak, overly dense Scrub Oak mitigation.

     Leaning tree removal and limbing up.
